Run Repoting Service on local host

Hi All

I created some of the reports and uploaded into localhost as well. This is theReport manager URL, http://my-pc:80/Reports_SQLEXPRESS

But this not working if I do not run Internet Explorer(IE) as a administrator and get following error.

User 'my-pc\my' does not have required permissions. Verify
that sufficient permissions have been granted and Windows User Account Control
(UAC) restrictions have been addressed.

Please advice me. I am new to this area.
