hi all,
I have a document library that i need to report on. this would be a simple report simply listing the files, version modifed date, etc. The problem is that when i run the report, i only get 6 entries and the title and other attributes are not showing up in the report. I thought i may be because of the default view that shows the folders in the library. so i changed the default view to not show folders and it still would only return 6 entries that were mostly blank.
it looks like it may not be the view at all. perhaps it is the fact that there are folders in the library. the report wants to print the details of the folders to me, not grabbing the files in those folders.
so is there a way to report on the files in a library and not include folder structure?
