Jump to reports using iif and parameters

I have a report where I am drilling through to another report based off of the field value.  This is what I have entered in the "Jump to Report" field:

=iif(Fields!payer.Value = "Client", "Client Report", "Therapy for Individual Programs")

This part works.

However, I am having problems passing my parameters through.  When I click on "Parameters" next to "Jump to Report"  I get a screen that has the fields "Parameter Name", "Parameter Value" and "Omit" (I would upload a picture however the site will not currently let me do so).  Unlike when you directly choose a report the "Parameter Name" does not give you a dropdown of parameters to choose from.

I have the following parameters "StartDate" "EndDate" "Payor".  Both "StartDate" and "EndDate" are parameters that will go to both of the reports.  "Payor" will only go to "Therapy for Individual Programs".

I have tried several things and have not been able to get my parameters to go through to the report that will be opened.  Any suggestions?
