SSRS Report - Monthly - Bi-weekly

Hello all!
A small problem for you geniuses out there! =)

I have a SSRS Report that runs on the 1st & 15th of every month.
The report creates a ~600mb .csv file on a shared drive every time!!!

I need to update this report to run on it's regular schedule & only extract previous months data.
IE:Report is executed April 1st.  Return all rows created March 1st TO March 31st
Report is executed April 15th.  Return all rows created April 1st TO April 14th

Is there an easy way to accomplish this with SSRS???
We are connected to an Oracle 11g environment.

I'm guessing I need some sort of expression for a Start & End Date?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Nigel

Thanks! Nigel
