ssrs 2008 r2 Copying reports, subscriptions and data sources from one server to another

Hi 

We are using reporting services 2008 r2 and want to move specific folders and reports to our test server. 

We have managed to do this however we are unable to copy the data sources and subscriptions from our live server.

I don't want to create the data sources or subscriptions manually is there an alternative method?
