I have a Windows 2008 R2 SP1 standard server with SQL Server 2008 R2 SP2 This server is a member of VENDOR domain and there is a one way trust to COMPANY domain. VENDOR trusts COMPANY. So all SQL services start with vendor\sqladmin account and I logon with company\dave account and create report email subscription. If I select link only email succeeds. If I select attachment it fails with
AuthzInitializeContextFromSid: Win32 error: 5; possible reason - service account doesn't have rights to check domain user SID
So looking at article http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=842423
starts with a lie "problem does not occur in Windows Server 2008" unless they mean 2008 non-R2
Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this? IT group has applied method one in article but is this only going to work if the report subscription owner is the same SSRS reporting service account startup?
