SSRS Edition 2012 Enterprise - Attempting to create a Report Server scaleout deployment. Getting following message when attempting to join and new server to existing scaleout using command rskeymgmt -j -m tas-app-004-p -n MSSQLSERVER from local existing report server instance. For some reason, the 3 new machines will not register their public key with the database on the host server, so that a private key can be generated and they can be register with the host server. I have looked at everything available, but nothing works.
The server is part of a NLB cluster of 4 vm's all running SSRS 2012 SP-1.
System.Exception: The new web farm node has not placed its public key in the database. It may not be connected to the correct database or its Windows service may not have started successfully. (rsRemotePublicKeyUnavailable)
Any ideas?
