Report Manager help link

Dear community,

I have ssrs 2012 native mode and I want to change the "help" link at the right top of the report manager. how do I do this? At the moment, it points to the Microsoft site, but in my deployment environment, no internet is available.

I already looked in rsreportserver.config and the css styles, but did not find anything.
