Cascading Multi Value Issue

I am using SSRS 2008 and using cascading parameters that works really well when it is not multi select. If I change the parameters to multi select and change filters from '=' to 'IN' accordingly it gives me an error message 'Query execution failed for dataset<datasetname>. Incorrect Syntax near ','.

Have I missed a step to get this error message?
