works fine on BIDS, showing "The 'vfpoledb' provider is not registered on the local machine." error on SSRS

I'm trying to access a foxpro data base from SSRS 2008 r2 on a 64bit server. I've developed the report on this same server using BIDS and it worked fine and retrieves the data when I click on "Preview" tab in the BIDS, but when I deploy the report or even create it using the Report Builder I'm getting the following error:

"The 'vfpoledb' provider is not registered on the local machine."

the weird thing is that how it works on BIDS and does not on SSRS when it runs on the same machine ?! is there a solution for running the report on SSRS as it works fine on BIDS ?
