how to include the end data?

Hello!

I have Start Date and End Date parameters. When I select Start Date=7/1/2013 and End Date=7/20/2013, the system will recognize the dates as Start=7/1/2013 12:00:00AM and End=7/20/2013 12:00:00AM. It does not include the date in 7/20/2013. Can I set up the End as 7/20/2013 11:59:59pm when I select end date=7/20/2013? Can I do it in SSRS?
