Modify spacing between bars in bar chart SSRS2008?

I was wondering if it's possible to control the spacing between bars in a bar chart (column chart) or the thickness of the bars in SSRS 2008. I'm also trying to figure out if bars can be made to overlap. 

I've researched SSRS 2005 enough to determine it can't be done in 2005, but I'm wondering if any of these features are possible in SSRS 2008?

If any of you have ever worked with Crystal Reports, then you are likely familiar with these charting features. I'd be thrilled if SSRS 2008 can be as powerful.
