SSRS Y axis using Time format HHH:mm:ss over 24

Hello, 

i am now doing my SSRS report. I need to draw a chart with Y axis using HHH:mm:ss.

My data come from a workbook which use decimal to display time.

My question is how to convert a decimal like:

3.33 into 79:55:12?
