I created a 'Matrix' format report, which shows GL Account Number, GL Account Description, Source Document, the Total GL amount.
I created a 2nd report which is a drilled-down Transactional level report based on my Matrix report in Total GL amount.
For example: GL Account Number: 000-12345-000-100 has Total GL amount $3000, the source document is from SJ (which was from Sales Invoice). I want to show the 2nd report (called it as SourceDoc report) with Sales Invoice information when user click on Total GL amount of $ 3000. This $ 3000 dollars on the 1st matrix report is based on the GL_Trx_Date
Here are the parameters that setup in the "Text Box Propertities"-->Action-->Select Go to Report
Name: Value:
Start_TRXDATE Start_TRX DATE
End_TRXDATE End_TRXDATE
GL_Account_NO GL_Account_NO
Source_DOC Source_DOC
However, the 2nd report only show one single Sales Invoice. The $ 3000 was from 3 different Sales Invoices.
Could someone tell me what did I do wrong? The parameters can pass to a Drillthrough report. However, it comes up one single sales invoice.
