Time zone hanlding in Report Builder

Hi,

Is that possible to convert UTC date time in to user selected timezone when authoring reports using report builder (Clickonce installation). i.e When user preview report using Report Builder or using Report viewer control, the UTC date time should get converted to user selected time zone.

I know in SSRS we can use assemblies and custom code to convert UTC date time, But not sure how to do with Report Builder.
