Creating Adhoc reports using Report Builder 3.0 from a Thin Client machine

Hi,

I have users using Thin Client machine and wants to create Adhoc reports using Report Builder 3.0 from their machine. Could you please let me know if the users will be able to do that and if yes then how. Do I need to do anything special for this requirement.
