SSRS BIDS 2012 Column Chart label position not working well

Hi,

I have a column chart with labels on top.  Here is what I did:

Click on the column chart body
 - CustomAttribute->LabelStype->Top
 - Smartlabels->AllowOutsidePlotArea->True

Now when the number is large, the numbers don't line up neatly and some shows below the $0 level.

Is there a way to make the numbers line up neatly?
