Summary from Set with Duplicates

Hi I have the following layout of data

FEES	  MR	      DEF	            VALUE
KB	12345	     Barry	             450
KB	12345	     George	             450
KB	45678	     Tony	             150
TR	7894	     Richard	             900
TR	7894	     Paul	             900
TR	7894	     Ethan	             900
TR	7894	      Peter	             900
TR	7894	     Keith	             900
TR	6542	    Chris	              125
TR	6542	     Susan	              125

Becasue there can be multiple DEF to one MR it causes duplicates - This is fine for the detailed report I am producing but a summary report is also required in the same report

I want to be able to sum the VALUE column against the Fee Column but there is only ever one value per MR - so the total alue for MR 12345 is 450 and not 900.

I want it to look like this

KB	600
TR	1025
