SQL Server 2008 Random Raw Select

I Have simple Table (WarkerinfoTable)

ID CardNoName

1 101 Young

2102 abc

3103 def

4104 asd

5105 asda

6106 sada

how do i query for showing by ID random  1,3,5

1 101 Young

3103 def

5105 asda

if i use newid() it come repeat like 5,1,3

but i want if i use newid() then how stop repeating from begining 

basically i want to make employee id in report viewer

4 id will be 4 column

each column data will repeating after 4 raw

that's it

please help me!!
