RSClientPrint w/ ReportViewer Redistributable

Hi,

We have built many reports with Visual Studio 2010 and ReportViewer in ASP.NET.  We continued to use the 10.0 ReportViewer in Visual Studio 2012.  Now that I have uninstalled VS2010, ReportViewer folder is no longer in the Visual Studio 10.0 folder.

So, I installed the Visual Studio 2010 SP1 Report Viewer Redistrutable package.  It seems like everything is in the GAC instead of in the ReportViewer folder under Visual Studio 10.0.

1) How would somebody get the RSClientPrint-x64 and RSClientPrint-x86 cab files since they don't appear to be installed with the Redistributable?

2) What are those RSClientPrint*.cab files used for anyway?  I have never clicked the Print button in the Report Viewer but don't know when they'd be invoked.
