SSRS Stacked bar not representing my data as expected

Hi - I have a report with a Stacked Bar chart. My dataset consists of the following key columns: Project Demand, Month, and Project Name values.

x axis: Month

Y axis: Project Demand

My horizontal bar is displaying the Project Demand value.

My problem: My dataset returns two projects, however the chart is only displaying one solid color for one of the projects, I would expect is two be stacked as two colors representing both projects. How do I configure the chart to include Project Name in the vertical Bar and also keep the values I am using?

E.G. The vertical bar for February would have a blue section with a value 3, then on top a different color with a value 1 (all based on the data).
