Automatically generate report to shared folder by using URL & without using subscription

I would like to export an SSRS report directly as CSV to a specific folder. I already created the URL so that it automatically exports to CSV and displays the "Save" popup.

Is there a way to add the shared folder to "save as" in the url? That way with just a url it'll automatically save to CSV in a specific folder.

I can always subscribe, but I'm not a user of that ssrs server. From my understanding, if I'm not an administrator or don't have privileges , then I cannot subscribe to the reports. I also went to http://remoteserver/Reports/Pages/Folder.aspx and I don't see the Report manager.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.
