Margin from top control of report changes after first page, reduces to zero

I'm not sure of how to describe this exactly.  We are using an SQL report like mail merge.

The first page, first letter, prints fine.  It can go into a folding machine and lines right up with the address window.

The next page and succeeding pages, however, "loses" 9mm (.354331") -- that is, the top text, logo, address, everything shifts up 9mm for all succeeding pages.  The top text (Notice) and logo get chopped.

This has to be an easy setting someplace to control where items show up on a page and keeping this consistent.  Or, just "turn this off" if you will so that the first page matches all others and just move everything down 9mm, etc.  Then all pages print the same.

Looking through the Properties menu for Report, Body, Tablix and so on, though -- there's no obvious setting that jumps out and says to me "I'm the one you want to pick." :)

Images -- I can't seem to put the cursor after this image to load the 2nd. :)  The 9mm separation is what the first page prints with.  The no separation is how the 2nd / succeeding pages print.

Can someone tell me where this can be controlled?  Thanks!
