Dynamically set html tag style to textbox

I have a matrix. I wanted the column headers to display as an hyperlink if there is at least 1 data on the column and remove hyperlink if totally no data.

I wanted it to look like this where the row group is grouped by name while the column group is grouped by date

is this possible in SSRS RDLC? If not, is there a work around to achieve this?
