Chart - variable value axis interval

Hi,

I have a line chart and I would like to customize the value axis (y-axis) like this: I have 6 values available: green start (GS), green end (GE), yellow start (YS), yellow end (YE), red start (RS), red end (RE), where GE=YS and YE=RS; I want to have GS as the miminum value, RE as the maximum value, and 3 intervals, which will be: RE-RS, YE-YS, GE-GS. Is there any way to do this?
