SQL Server Reporting Services Crashing

We have been experiencing problems with our SQL Reporting Services on our Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 server where we have Dynamics GP 2010 with SQL 2008 (SP3) - 10.0.5512.0 installed.

Every 5 minutes or so, the SQL Reporting Services crash and the following event is logged on the server:

Event Type:	Error
Event Source:	Service Control Manager
Event Category:	None
Event ID:	7031
Date: 11/27/2012
Time: 3:25:04 PM
User: N/A
Computer:	server-name
Description:
The SQL Server Reporting Services (MSSQLSERVER) service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 4090 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

When the service terminates 'sc query ReportServer' has a Win32_Exit_code of 1067 (0x42b).

The server is completely patched to include all Windows and SQL patches and service packs.

I did run across an article that describes this situation but it was for 2008 R2 and states that it was fixed in a previous update patch. This seems that it started about two weeks ago but we haven't been able to identify what caused it.

Thanks in advance for the help.
