Please forgive my newbness, but I did read the MSDN on backing up report servers [I couldn't attatch the link, I guess i need to verify my account here.]
And it says: Backup the files that you create and maintain in Report Designer and Model Designer. These include report definition (.rdl) files, report model (.smdl) files, shared data source (.rds) files, data view (.dv) files, data source (.ds) files, report server project (.rptproj) files, and report solution (.sln) files.
I can't even locate these files on the report server to make copies of them. How exactly is the best way to backup all of my report files?
Do I need to do a Save As in the designer for each report??? What am I missing?
