how to get a line between positive and negative bars of bar graph

Hi

I have a bar graph which shows negative value to the left side bar in red color, and positive value to the right hand side in blue color.

Now I want to add a line between these two line as in the below picture, this I got it in Excel 2010. I am using SSRS 2012.
