Adding shapefile layer to a map report : "Unable to read beyond the end of the stream."

Hi,

I receive the "Unable to read beyond the end of the stream." message when  I try to add some of the valid  shapefiles as a layer to a map report.It happens both in BIDS 2008 R2 and in Report Builder 3 running on SSRS 2008 R2 server.It seems that it happens  with shapefile sets (shp,dbf,shx) of bigger sizes.

Is there a solution?
