How to pivot chart on axes?

I have the following 3-D line chart which looks like this:

And here is the same chart as type horizontal bar chart:

I want this chart to be 3-D Line, but I want the Facilities to appear on the Y-axis and not the X-axis.  So the orientation is correct on my horizontal bar chart, but not on the 3-d line version.  I have all of the chart properties the same: Category = Facility, Average LOS = expression.

How can I pivot this chart?
