For one of our ssrs 2012 report (MOSS 2013 integrated) we get error when we click on Actions menu - an error has occured with the data fetch

We have ssrs 2012 integrated with SharePoint 2013.

One of our ssrs 2012 report (MOSS 2013 integrated) we get error when we click on Actions menu - an error has occured with the data fetch. Please refresh the page and retry.

We tried couple of thinngs but nothing has worked so far:

1. Allow all cookies.
2. Compatibility view.

We are using IE 9.

I am the Admin. How should we go about it. What should i tell the development team?
