Reporting Server Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion

Hi,

I'm not able to start reporting services after applying the last SQL Server 2005 hotfix (9.0.3068), I'm getting the followwing  error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Any clues ?
