Get the count of Processed records in each Location under a particular Region

Hi ,            

Iam trying to build an SSRS report in the below format :

Here I am grouping the SharePoint List data based on regions and for each 'Region' I have to get the count of 'processed' records in each 'Location' .

Since I am new to ssrs can some one help me out to build an expression to achieve this .
