below is the data set, i have fm3684 agent who created 3 cases on day 02/02 , 1 case on 02/03, 5 cases on 02/04. of which he has 2 cases repeated for 5 cases he created on 02/04. we need to calculate the repeat rate by agent by day.. which is 2/5.. i would like to see the detailed data as well as aggregated data
