Cannot access report...

Hello,

I am getting for a new user this error:

"The permissions granted to user 'XX\YYYY' are insufficient for performing this operation (rsAccessDenied)l.

The user is trying to open an hyperlink sent by email from a SSRS report ...

The user has the Browser role in the security on the folders and reports within SSRS...

Any idea?
