develop local, deploy to server.

I have SRSS 2008  running on a server. The SQL  database also  runs on this server. At this time I develop my reports on the server.

Can I install Visual Studio 2010 on my PC  and develop my reports locally and deploy them to the server?  How would i approach this?  Do i need to install Team Foundation on the server for this?
