Page Header whitespace when "Print on First Page" = False

Hi

I am using SSRS 2008.

I have set my Page Header to NOT print on the first page. This works in that the header does not print on the first page, but there seems to be a massive margin at the bottom of the first page only. The size of this margin looks to be exactly the size of my page header. We have a table on the report which spans many pages, but due to this issue it looks stupid.

Any ideas?
