Pass SSRS values to SharePoint list and add as new item

Okay.. So I have an SSRS report and I inserted an image to connect to a URL. I would like SharePoint to create a new list item and populating the title by a field on the report

This is the current report(.rdl) (some images are cropped)

I would like to have "Tuser" + (today's date)  to be generated in the "Title" of the List when I click "Review" it creates the item

Ps:The "Tuser" changes depending on who is the user that you selected
