What permission is required to an account specified as an execution account

We are currently using SSRS 2012 configured in SharePoint 2013 integrated mode. We have set the report's data sources to not require any credentials as we have supplied the username and password in the connection string. This set-up was done to avoid report builder from prompting user to enter credentials as we don't provide the password to our users. We are using Oracle as the data store which the report data source connects to.

For this set-up to work, we need to supply an execution account. We have supplied an execution account with administrator privileges, however we were asked to provide the minimum privilege required. What privilege is required for the unattended execution account? Does it require the privilege "Logon as a service" or "Logon as a batch job" for the reports to properly run? What is the execution account used for, are the reports running under the execution account or the current user? Your help is much appreciated!
