In the company that I am working for all the ssrs reports are in 2008. Now the dbas have updated to sql server 2012 and ssrs 2012. I am trying to run the existing ssrs 2008 reports on ssrs 2012 server.
Thus I have the following questions:
1. Do ssrs 2008 rdls need to go through some kind of conversion so that they run on ssrs 2012? Basically features like subreports are there changes that need to be made to rdls so the rdls work? Are parts of ssrs 2008 depcrecated in ssrs 2012 that
need to be replaced in ssrs 2012 code?
2. The reports are asking me for a user name and password and that did not occur before. Thus can you hoiw to fix this problem?
