Hi,
I am trying to create a Power View scatter chart with age on one axis and years of service on another, to show potential retirements. I want to plot each individual on these two items.
I have the data in a table on another worksheet, and the age and years of service columns are both formatted as numbers.
When I pull the data into a Power View, the age shows as a measure (with the sigma symbol) but years of service does not. I have tried following the directions in http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh560552(v=sql.110).aspx but the drop down only shows count and count distinct as aggregate options (I would like sum or average). I want to change years of service to a measure like age, but can't.
