Image size in SSRS reports

Hi friends,

I have to include an image(Client logo) in SSRS reports which is coming from the data base.For that i have inserted image from 

Insert -> Image -> image source :database -> use this field (database field) -> MIME type : .jpg

my problem here is each client have their company logo's in different size (height,width,file size).

can i set fixed size for all the clients commonly ?

Is SSRS going to take what ever the size of the file ? or finally 

Do i need to ask the clients to store the images with fixed size in the data base field.

since i am converting 700 reports from Crystal to SSRS reports for 100's of clients i am very much confused about logo issues.Hope you can understand.Please help in clearing my doubts.
