Sum(Iif Expression

**This return will count all the Sex_Code.Values that have "Male" but it also counts all the Second Rows that contain Charges, Description of Charges and Type. 

In the design of the report I have several rows of data.

Row One - Date, Name, Address, City, Sex, Race, Age  (*This First row only returns one row of data)

Row Two - Charges, Description of Charges, Type  (*This Second row can return multiple rows of data)
