hi from Portugal,
my name is Pedro Mesquita and i'm working now with sql reporting reports.
we have a serious problem related to printing via browser :
i developed some reports to a client and they are quite simple.
when we export them to PDF they are printed nicely.
when we try to print via browser (internet explorer using the native active x print control) always and always the margins are cut and report prints baddly.
why ?
we have the "default" landscape margins/size configured.
why there is always a mismatch ?
the client is angry because he doesn't want to export ro pdf, he wants to print via browser and get the results well printed.
what can i do ?
if i change the default margins so that the web-priting can be possible, i affect the pdf priting and so on.
i need urgent help please.
Microsoft ? How can i convince that SQL Reporting is the right tool for them ?! They are wondering about using other reporting tools.
thank you.
best regards,
Pedro Mesquita
