Static Data in 2 pages..how to control the Paging ?

Hi, I have static data that goes into Page1 and separate static data that has to go into Page2. I have 2 rectangles for each of this independent data. I have developed them in different Reports, now when I try to bring both the rectangles into one Report I have paging issues. what is the best way to put them in one Report and control the paging (meaning 1st rectangle in Page1, 2nd rectangle in Page2). Users are going to print these reports to PDF. I tried setting "Page break" on Rectangle1 but it works in SSRS but not in PDF.
