Hebrew texts on PDF file that created from SSRS

I'm using SSRS 2008 R2 to create reports.

When I render the report, and then export it to PDF file - I can't find any hebrew characters in the file using Ctrl+F.

Numbers and English characters are found nicely.

Also, when I copy any Hebrew from the exported file and paste it in, eg, Notepad - I get􀊺􀊥􀊬􀊥􀊲􀊴 instead of text
