SCCM SSRS Report links expire after some time

Hello,

Please consider this scenerio and let me know how to solve.  Thank you

SCCM 2012 - 2012 Windows Server
SSRS 2008 R2 for SCCM

1)  I open the SCCM reports
2)  I go to a canned sccm report (say updates for a specific deployment)
3)  I use the drop down menu to select which deployment info I want to look at
4)  It generates my report
5)  I copy the url of the generated report and send it to someone else or try opening it on another computer
6)  We see the following error:  The report execution 3jflkjafjkdablahblah has expired or cannot be found. (rsExecutionNotFound)

I'd love to send my manager direct links he can view and not walk him through all the steps to get to that point.

Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thank you
