Need report header static while scrolling the report contents and also need three column static while using horizontal scroll bar.

I need report header static while scrolling the report contents and also need three column static while using horizontal scroll bar.

I have report having 50 column so i need to make static header while scrolling top to bottom and also need first three column static while scrolling left to right.
