Hii,,

As I already raised this issue many times on SQL forum and SCSM as well but unfortunately not got the response / resolution.

Thats why I again define the scenario in details and hope to get the response.

Scenario

Machines Information

1.Base System:

 Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise

2. System Center Configuration Manager On Virtual Machine:

ü Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Operating System

ü System Center Configuration Manager 2007 SP2 R3

3. System Center Operation Manager on Virtual Machine:

ü Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Operating System

ü System Center Operation Manager 2007 R2

4. System Center Service Manager on Virtual Machine:

ü Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Operating System , System Center Service manager SP1 2010 + Portal

ü Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Operating System , System Center Service manager SP1 2010 Data warehouse

5. SQL on Physical Machine:

ü Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Operating System

ü SQL 2008 R2

ü All the databases of SCCM,WSUS, SCOM, SCSM , SCSM Data warehouse and portal

Issue : Reporting Issue

System Center Configuration Manager: SCCM Reports are working fine.

System Center Operation Manager: SCOM Reports are working fine before SCSM Installation

System Center Service Manager: SCSM Reports are also not generating

Details:

As per Microsoft, before installing SCSM there are some manual steps required to configure remote SQL server after performing those steps our SCOM reports are not generating. If those steps are revert back SCOM reports starts working

Note: When SCOM installed (C:\program files\SQLServer\Reporting\Repotting Server\BIN\ Microsoft.Enterprise.Reporting.Code.Dll) this DLL file is of version 6 but after SCSM installation its change to version 7

The following links are working.

Questions

1.How to resolve the above mention issue?

2.Can I install SCOM & SCSM databases on a single / remote SQL?

3.When I want to generate all incident report in SCSM console classification are empty but in SQL all options are visible

4.What is the data source path of SCSM in SQL reporting?

5.Can I install SCCM, SCOM and SCSM on a single dedicated SQL 2008 Server?

6.What is the recommendation?

7.Can I install datawarehosue DB on same sql server?
