report subscription with url link to report security

 Hi,

I have a data driven report subscription which emails a report in pdf format and the email contains a URL link to the report.

The report has a parameter for the employee, is there any way of hiding or securing the report so that when a user clicks on the link they are not able to run the report for other employees?
